Our Cats
Midnight
Midnight is our "Senior Cat"; she was born on 25 July 1990. She is our
first girl-kitty, and although she is a little reserved and shy, she is
a wonderful kitty.
Mittens
Mittens is our baby girl-kitty; she was born on 25 March 1998. Her previous
owner didn't understand the importance of spaying, and as a result she had
a kitten at the tender age of 7 months. The kitten has a good home, and
Mittens has been spayed and is enjoying life with us.
Oscar
Oscar is our boy kitty, he's about 3 years old and we've given him a
birthday of 20 September 2002. We got him from a local shelter, he took a
little time to adjust but he is a sweet boy now. He loves his sisters and
is always the first one to greet us at the door. One of his favorite places
to nap is in the bathroom sink!
Haakon
Haakon is my mother's Abyssinian kitty. She loves Abby's, having had
Elsker and Radames before, but this is her latest. He was born 25
September 1995.

Tigger
Tigger was my first cat, born in 1966 and passing to the Bridge in 1981.
He was a traditional Siamese, but very dark and very vocal. As I was an
only child, he was my "brother", and saw me through my school years and
into college. He will always be loved.
Fluffy
Fluffy was born around Halloween of 1982 and went to the Bridge on
August 1989. He and Bigfoot were my husband's kitties before I met him.
Fluffy was a little wild man, always racing around, boxing with Bigfoot,
and generally being a happy little tyke. We think he might have had an
underlying heart problem that no one detected until his little heart gave
out.
Bigfoot (with Midnight)
Bigfoot was born around Labor Day of 1979 and went to the Bridge on
January 1997. He battled cancer for 8 years, and what a fighter he was!
He was also the most loving, gentleman cat, always the ladies' man.
Loki
Loki was born 25 June 1981, and went to the Bridge on 24 July 1998. He
was the sweetest cat and, although he had many medical problems, never
complained or cried. He became diabetic at the age of 10, and had CRF
(chronic renal failure) since he was 15. He was always in my lap, loved
his ice cream and was quite the clown.
Patches
Patches was our angel boy-kitty; he was born on 10 June 1996 and passed
away on 02 February 2005. He had the typical orange-tabby-boy traits of being
easy going and a real sweetheart. Unknown to us, he had a genetic kidney
disorder, and shortly after being diagnosed (and having his glaucoma under
control), we lost him and his bunny buddy, Gizmo (see my rabbit page). That
was a very sad week, and we still miss them both very much.
